Join a prominent insurance firm in Central London as an HR Advisor! This exciting opportunity allows you to work remotely with the requirement to travel to London just twice a month.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be part of a dedicated team for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Here are some of the key responsibilities you will take on:
- Collaborate with line management to provide guidance and challenge on people-focused matters, ensuring that cases are handled with quality and within agreed timelines.
- Proactively address and manage employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new acquisitions, ensuring a seamless integration.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, driving continual improvement in HR systems, policies, and practices.
- Support the Head of HR in managing change effectively, ensuring that all transitions align with the business’s strategic goals.
- Work closely with the HR Leadership team to analyze people-related data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions to any challenges.
To thrive in this role, you should possess previous experience as an HR Advisor, with a proven track record of handling employee relations cases, particularly in a high-volume setting. Familiarity with Workday is highly desirable.
