    Position Overview

    In the role of Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in uniting our finance and operations teams during budget preparation, forecasting, and month-end financial reviews. Your analytical prowess will help us assess monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data, revealing trends while exploring opportunities for enhanced accuracy and profitability. You’ll collaborate with regional and division leaders to craft annual budgets and financial forecasts while keeping a keen eye on operating account performance. This remote position requires you to be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Conduct training sessions for operational and support staff on the critical business drivers and metrics at Crothall.

    • Create measurable goals and financial dashboards along with client-facing reporting.

    • Propose actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.

    • Act as a catalyst for refining business processes and operational procedures.

    • Engage in ad hoc projects as designated.

    • Foster strong collaborative relationships with Regional Operations Support Teams.

    • Manage monthly billing functions, including the preparation of requested reports and necessary backup documentation for billing.

    • Prepare comprehensive month-end reports for Crothall and our clients.

    • Track outstanding accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up.

    • Execute weekly, monthly, and yearly forecasting, aiming for less than 5% variance.

    • Participate in client meetings and calls to discuss financial matters associated with the EVS department.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory; an MBA or CPA is highly desirable.

    • 5+ years of relevant financial experience with a proven record of career progression.

    • Skilled in influencing and effectively managing relationships across diverse organizational layers, with a genuine passion for empowering field partners.

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, comfortable presenting to various levels of management.

    • High proficiency in Excel is required for managing complex data and developing intricate financial models.

    • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills to set and meet goals and deadlines efficiently.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

    • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
