Compensation Tailored to Your Wellbeing:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exemplary case oversight to ensure outstanding outcomes for every patient!
Conduct initial assessments and craft individualized treatment plans.
Supervise BT/RBTs working with your patients.
Collaborate with families by providing ongoing caregiver guidance.
Work alongside the Clinical Manager and other BCBAs to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst.
Experience working with children or adults on the autism spectrum.
A passion for behavioral science and sharing best practices and research in the field of ABA.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Strong empathetic communication skills to engage with guardians professionally and confidently.
Clear and impactful communication, both written and verbal, showcasing leadership and professionalism.
Availability for a full-time commitment (40 hours/week) with flexibility for scheduling needs.
Ability to work effectively with a varied team and external stakeholders.
Highly motivated and energetic during working hours.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ABA data collection software is preferred.
Must successfully complete background checks and drug screening.
