Join our dynamic team as a proficient Employment Lawyer in a flexible remote or hybrid capacity, offering a competitive rate of £42.67 per hour. In this role, you will take the lead in managing a diverse array of employment law matters, which include but are not limited to:

• Handling Employment Tribunal cases
• Drafting and negotiating compromise agreements
• Managing internal appeals as well as appeals against Employment Tribunal rulings
• Addressing issues related to unfair and constructive dismissal
• Advising on whistleblowing matters
• Navigating discrimination law complexities
• Overseeing Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations
• Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment
• Guiding clients through reorganisation and redundancy processes
• Handling conduct and capability cases

This is a full-time opportunity available on a temporary contractual basis.
