Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a proficient Employment Lawyer in a flexible remote or hybrid capacity, offering a competitive rate of £42.67 per hour. In this role, you will take the lead in managing a diverse array of employment law matters, which include but are not limited to:
- Handling Employment Tribunal cases
- Drafting and negotiating compromise agreements
- Managing internal appeals as well as appeals against Employment Tribunal rulings
- Addressing issues related to unfair and constructive dismissal
- Advising on whistleblowing matters
- Navigating discrimination law complexities
- Overseeing Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment
- Guiding clients through reorganisation and redundancy processes
- Handling conduct and capability cases
This is a full-time opportunity available on a temporary contractual basis.
