    Join a Leading Estate Agency as Our Property Inventory Clerk in East London/Essex – Remote Work with One Office Day!

    Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career in the property sector? Our esteemed client, a prominent estate agency, is on the lookout for a Property Inventory Clerk to bolster their vibrant team based in East London/Essex. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, combined with one essential day per week at the office in London, SE1.

    In the role of Inventory Clerk, your key duties will encompass conducting Check-Ins, Check-Outs, and Mid-term Inspections. Your meticulous attention to detail and high standards of efficiency will be essential for success in this role.

    Your primary responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

    1. Creating detailed reports for necessary maintenance and repairs.
    2. Overseeing a social housing portfolio of approximately 600 properties, with an average of 6-7 properties handled daily.
    3. Coordinating quotations for required work.
    4. Returning to properties to confirm that all tasks have been completed to a high standard.
    5. Conducting comprehensive inventories and capturing photographs.
    6. Gathering all necessary certification documents.
    7. Inputting property and landlord information into our software management system.
    8. Preparing documentation for the Administrative team.

    The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and skills to the table:

    1. A solid background in inventory management and property administration.
    2. A minimum of 12-24 months of experience in a comparable role within the real estate industry.
    3. Confidence, professionalism, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    4. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and uphold superior quality standards.
    5. Articulate communication paired with a sharp attention to detail.
    6. Robust clerical and organizational skills.

    This position operates Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm, with the opportunity to work remotely, along with a mandatory office presence once per week at the SE1 location.

    Compensation for this role ranges from £33,000 to £38,000 annually, complemented by the provision of a company car or car allowance.
