We are on the hunt for talented Inbound Sales Advisors who possess a solid background in sales and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through inbound calls, addressing their inquiries and assisting them in registering their appliances.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the first line of support for customers, expertly converting inquiries into successful sales
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional appliances and protection plans
• Leveraging your charm and sales skills to effectively promote our products
• Building meaningful relationships with customers to understand their specific needs
• Assisting customers in finding the perfect protection package tailored to them

Our client will equip you with comprehensive training; all you need to bring is your valuable customer service experience and sales acumen to be an ideal fit for this role.

This position involves skillfully managing customer requests and making strategic upsells. We kindly ask that you apply only if you have relevant experience in sales and a customer service environment, particularly within a contact center where you’ve successfully upsold to clients.
