Weekly Hours: 35 hours across 4 days (Sunday to Wednesday)

Shift Details: Fixed Schedule – Sundays to Wednesdays, starting at 8 AM (Includes 2 x 8.5-hour shifts & 2 x 9-hour shifts)

We at CCA Recruitment are excited to partner with a leading company in providing aftercare services for domestic appliances, and we’re on the lookout for a talented Customer Sales Advisor.

If you have a background in sales and customer service, this might be the perfect fit for you! In this role, you will manage inbound calls from our valued customers who reach out with inquiries, need to update their information, or require assistance in booking repairs for their appliances.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Serving as the primary contact for customers seeking assistance.
• Supporting customers with issues related to faulty products.
• Utilizing your sales expertise and charisma to upsell additional products.
• Establishing strong connections with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
• Guiding customers in selecting the ideal protection packages for their products.

Our client will offer comprehensive training to set you up for success, so all you need is your experience in customer service and a knack for sales to thrive in this role.

Please note that no pre-scheduled holidays will be accepted within the first 6 weeks of your employment.

This role principally involves addressing customer requests and offering additional products through upselling. Please apply only if you have relevant experience in sales and customer service within a contact center environment.
