    Your Role Includes:

    • Acting as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within your designated area.
    • Acquiring a deep agronomic and technical understanding of our seed products and services to effectively serve your territory.
    • Overseeing current dealer accounts while actively recruiting new dealerships to boost sales.
    • Communicating and executing Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
    • Collaborating with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your area.
    • Building and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers, either directly or via designated sellers.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven sales techniques, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
    • A track record in developing and maintaining dealer relationships.
    • Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently to achieve set objectives.
    • Preference will be given to candidates adept at understanding growers’ needs and building lasting relationships to achieve outstanding results.
