    Are you an accomplished IP Litigation Solicitor with a knack for navigating complex legal waters? Here’s an incredible opportunity to join a top 50 law firm in the West Midlands, offering a generous salary package up to £100,000 depending on your experience.

    Join a dynamic and dedicated team of Dispute Resolution Solicitors who pride themselves on managing a diverse portfolio of clients and maintaining a robust workload. In this role, you will engage in a variety of intellectual property disputes, including safeguarding trademarks and brands for UK clients at the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) and the High Court.

    To be successful in this position, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling IP disputes, as well as a proven ability to represent clients effectively at all levels. Your career should reflect experience at a leading national or City law firm, complemented by exemplary academic credentials. Strong communication skills and a steadfast commitment to providing outstanding client service are essential.
