    Join our client’s dynamic Accounting & Finance team as the Head of FP&A on a 12-month fixed term contract, where your expertise will play a crucial role in furthering financial planning and analysis within our esteemed not-for-profit organization.

    Our client is a prominent and respected organization in the education sector, located in the vibrant city of Oxford. Renowned for its impactful initiatives that drive positive societal change, this large organization prides itself on its collaborative and nurturing work culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the financial planning process by thoroughly analyzing the organization’s performance and associated risks.
    • Maintain continuous oversight of the organization’s financial health and proactively address potential issues.
    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including current analyses and forward-looking forecasts.
    • Conduct in-depth analyses to produce accurate financial forecasts and present findings to senior management.
    • Oversee the Accounting & Finance department to guarantee precise and timely financial operations.
    • Work closely with auditing teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Align departmental decisions and project initiatives with the company’s budget and overall business objectives.
    • Partner with management to develop and implement strategic funding approaches.

    Candidate Profile:

    The ideal Head of FP&A will possess:

    • Full accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
    • Demonstrable experience as Head of FP&A in a large organization, with a solid background in consolidations.
    • Proficiency in cash flow forecasting and experience in board-level reporting.
    • Right to work in the UK.
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary between £55,000 and £60,000.
