    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
    • Cultivate and uphold thorough knowledge of Stine seed products and services pertinent to your area.
    • Foster growth by managing existing accounts and acquiring new clients to drive sales.
    • Communicate and execute Stine’s sales programs and strategies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support.
    • Build and nurture relationships with customers and prospects, both directly and through assigned sellers.

    Competencies/Qualifications/Experience:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally encompassing agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven mastery of effective sales techniques, outstanding negotiation skills, and the capability to overcome challenges.
    • Demonstrated success in dealer development and customer retention.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward established objectives.
    • Preference will be given to those who can demonstrate a knack for building and sustaining strong relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and delivering results.
