Join our team as an International GCSE Bangla (2017 Specification) Examiner, where you’ll play a pivotal role in assessing candidates’ work against a defined marking scheme, ensuring adherence to examination protocols and recognition conditions. Leverage the power of technology as you mark most submissions onscreen using ePEN from the comfort of your home, while a few papers will still require traditional marking with physical scripts sent through the post. Your in-depth subject expertise will be crucial in accurately applying the mark scheme, and you’ll be entrusted with a specific allocation of scripts to evaluate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mark candidates’ responses with precision and consistency to uphold high academic standards.
• Submit marking samples to your Team Leader by the agreed deadlines.
• Adhere to established milestones throughout the marking process.
• Complete all required administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Candidates must be qualified teachers; we welcome applications from those with qualifications obtained in the UK or internationally.
• A minimum of 5 months of part-time teaching experience in the related qualification and/or subject within the last decade is required.

• The marking window spans from May to July.
