Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 base salary + On-Target Earnings (OTE)

The Role of Sales Manager:
In this crucial position, you will take the reins of the complete sales process—grasping complex functional and technical requirements, presenting tailored solutions, delivering expert consultations, and ensuring top-tier support and training.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Generating your own leads while effectively converting marketing-generated prospects into enduring partnerships through strategic engagement.
2. Expanding our business footprint with existing clients by leveraging your relationship-building skills to discover new opportunities and enhance our regional presence.

Your Daily Routine May Involve:
As a trusted advisor, you’ll adopt a consultative sales approach that emphasizes the business value Ignite delivers rather than mere product specifications. You’ll closely collaborate with prospects, client stakeholders, and account managers to develop compelling solutions.
Your efforts will drive the sale of software licenses and associated services, including Consultation, Support, Delivery, and Education. You’ll work alongside service teams to ensure proposals are precise and aligned, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Expect to craft exceptional tender responses and RFPs while traveling across the UK and Europe. You will maintain close connections with the broader Ignite sales team, sharing insights, championing our offerings, and identifying new leads.
What We Are Looking For:
• A proven sales professional with a background in closing software licenses and service solutions at an enterprise level.
• Experience within a dynamic, rapid growth business environment.
• A record of consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Comfort engaging at the Enterprise/C-Suite level.
• Ability to think big and close multi-million pound deals.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC.
• Prior experience working across different territories.
• Proficient in IT software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM/sales tools like Sales Navigator.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other Northern European languages is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, taking initiative, and working independently.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
