    About the Position

    We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide first-line software support for widely-used platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, and other essential solutions.

    In your typical day as an IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

    • Offering first-line software assistance to our diverse end-user community.
    • Facilitating support for users in licensing and utilizing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (including Office and Licenses), AWS, and other leading tools.
    • Escalating unresolved issues to Google, Microsoft, AWS, or other solution providers when first-line resolutions are not achievable.
    • Adhering to documented protocols and specifications for each software platform to identify and address common issues effectively.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT or Technical Support, particularly within a managed service provider (MSP) setting.
    • A proven track record in delivering first-line support to a large client base.
    • Demonstrable expertise in either Google Workspace (including the Google Workspace Admin panel), Microsoft tools (via Microsoft Admin Portal), or AWS administrative features.
    • Extensive experience in managing licenses for Google, Microsoft, or AWS platforms.
    • Proficiency in working with ticketing systems.
    • Background in KPI-driven environments.
    • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
