Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison for strategic partnerships, fostering both inbound and outbound relationships with industry giants such as Revolut and Kraken.
- Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key partners to achieve mutual growth and success.
- Collaborate with our branding team to co-develop engaging content with partners, ensuring alignment with our unique brand voice and messaging.
- Manage affiliate partnerships, addressing incoming inquiries effectively.
- Oversee commission disbursements, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments to partners and affiliates.
- Prepare and present quarterly performance reports to the team and partners, leveraging analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain the directory of accountants, ensuring it is accurate and current.
- Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, and product to ensure cohesive collaboration with key partners.
- Identify new business avenues and proactively seek to expand our partner base and revenue streams.
- Address and resolve potential issues within key accounts and partnerships to ensure continued success.
Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Demonstrated experience in account management, partner relations, or business development.
- Exceptional skills in relationship building, enabling you to nurture and expand partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and partnerships.
- Solid understanding of affiliate marketing practices, commission distribution, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, able to juggle multiple accounts and projects effortlessly.
- Comfortable and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote working environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in fintech or the crypto landscape.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing or commission management systems.
- Background in marketing.
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as German or French.
Your first month will be an exciting onboarding experience, where you will report directly to the Head of Marketing. You’ll immerse yourself in our key partnerships, understand our existing structures, and collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless integration. You’ll also help co-create exciting content with our branding team, familiarize yourself with our commission processes, and kickstart your preparation for quarterly reports, positioning you as crucial in managing and expanding our partnerships.
