About This Opportunity
The Resident – LCSW plays a vital role in our mission to deliver exceptional clinical experiences at the Corporation. As a key member of our clinical team, you will influence a wide array of stakeholders—Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the broader Health Care Industry. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding care that empowers Participants to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Compensation Details: This is a salaried position with a competitive range of $70,000 to $72,500, plus the possibility of earning additional bonuses for exceeding 30 sessions each week.
Primary Responsibilities
Meet productivity benchmarks, generally comprising the following expectations:
30 completed sessions of direct counseling weekly
Accurate note-taking concurrently during client sessions
Develop and maintain treatment plans and essential documentation
Participate in treatment team meetings with clients as necessary
Engage in weekly Synchronous Health team discussions
Attend a weekly Clinical Supervision Meeting
Act as an advocate for Participants in addressing their clinical needs
Collaborate closely with Customer Success initiatives and engage in open communication regarding clients’ expectations and requirements
Incorporate effective models and evidence-based techniques from your past experiences to enhance participant support
Contribute to the creation of outreach materials and marketing content to showcase Synchronous Health’s offerings to Participants, clinicians, and industry partners (participate in conferences, networking events, and professional organizations)
Serve as the initial point of contact for Participants who may have concerns about their experience
Report unresolved participant issues to the Operations team as a secondary escalation point
Stay updated on advancements in clinical care, including both analog and digital methods
Other assigned responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Licensed MA LCSW with a minimum of one year of outpatient clinical experience
Knowledgeable about state telehealth regulations
Proficient in using technology for virtual counseling sessions
Able to establish therapeutic relationships in a digital environment
Exhibits a polished and professional representation in virtual interactions
Strong skills in assessing and determining the appropriate level of care for patients
Experience treating various conditions through a multi-disciplinary approach
Adept in using technology for both administrative and clinical purposes (e.g., scheduling, documentation, digital communication, web-based or app interventions)
Capable of working remotely from a secure and private location (home office or outpatient setting recommended; public places like coffee shops not permitted)
Must have access to a smartphone, laptop, and stable internet
Background check is required
