A prestigious law firm is on the lookout for a dynamic Research Delivery Officer to enhance its research function. Your primary responsibility will be to generate precise regulatory updates utilizing Manzama as your content aggregator. You will refine, tailor, and publish these vital updates to the firm’s client portals hosted on HighQ. This role demands close collaboration with various internal teams, including Knowledge Lawyers, Research, and Legal Technology. Additionally, you’ll engage directly with clients in monthly meetings, making this position perfect for candidates with a background in either legal or information disciplines.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Extracting and managing regulatory information and data from various content aggregators.
• Reviewing, categorizing, and elevating key content to Knowledge Lawyers for further insight.
• Publishing relevant content to our client knowledge portals.
• Collaborating as part of a team in client meetings to discuss and refine delivered content.
• Engaging with diverse internal stakeholder groups, including research teams, legal tech, and legal practitioners.
• Providing support and training on KnowHow management to enhance team capabilities.
• Enjoying the flexibility of a predominantly remote role while being open to occasional travel to our offices located in the South-West, Midlands, Manchester, or Scotland.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• A strong aptitude for operating in a client-facing capacity.
• Experience within a law firm setting, preferably as a paralegal, knowledge advisor, or information professional.
• Research experience is advantageous, particularly with content aggregation tools.
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, databases, and various digital platforms.
• Capability to manage multiple deadlines and perform under pressure when necessary.
• Familiarity with HighQ will be a significant advantage.
