Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – $62K to $80K/yr

Are you ready for an exciting new chapter in your career? OptiMindHealth invites skilled and compassionate clinicians to join our team—whether you are seeking a full-time or part-time opportunity, we have flexible positions available for you!

At OptiMindHealth, we are driven by a mission to enhance access to mental health care and provide exceptional support to our clients. As we face the growing need for mental health services across our communities, we are eager to welcome dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Workers who are passionate about making a difference. If you possess a genuine enthusiasm for helping others and a desire to escape the mundane, you’ve come to the right place!

We firmly believe that when clinicians are well-supported, they can focus on what truly matters—providing excellent care to patients. Our commitment to your well-being includes investing in your personal and professional growth, offering financial support, and accommodating your unique needs and goals. Our dedicated administrative team alleviates the non-clinical tasks so you can devote your energy to your clients.

Why settle for the challenges of private practice? By joining our diverse and interdisciplinary team, you’ll leverage your interpersonal skills to transform the mental health landscape, combat stigma, and directly support individuals in need, all while enjoying the backing of experienced professionals.

Have a vision for your practice? Whether you seek to offer part-time services, lead group therapy sessions, engage in long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy, or work with couples, we are eager to align your expertise with the services we provide. At OptiMindHealth, we celebrate your unique skills and want you to thrive with us.

Our ideal candidate is someone who embodies a commitment to improving mental health access and thrives in a culture that values creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, and determination. We encourage you to be yourself in an environment that supports both your individuality and professional growth—while having a bit of fun along the way!

We prioritize the clinician experience by providing outstanding compensation and benefits. Whether you’re working remotely or from one of our offices, your time is respected and valued. Our compensation package includes:

    • Competitive Salary Range: $62,000 – $80,000 per year
    • 401K with maximum employee matching
    • Comprehensive health care benefits
    • Generous paid vacation and sick leave
    • Paid time for administrative tasks and professional development
    • Full administrative support for non-clinical responsibilities

You’ll also enjoy additional perks, such as:

    • Paid supervision, clinical rounds, and allocated time for paperwork
    • Customized work schedules that fit your needs
    • Options for hybrid work environments, including telehealth and in-person sessions
    • A multi-disciplinary approach to patient care
    • Exceptional administrative support to enhance your practice
    • Leadership that understands the nuances of mental health care
    • A commitment to being inclusive, socially responsible, and client-focused
    • An organization that isn’t a franchise or merely investor-driven, but one that is clinician-led and clinician-focused!

Our evolution from a single provider to a thriving, values-driven company highlights our dedication to destigmatizing mental health care and extending access across communities. We have successfully increased the reach of mental health services, and we’re excited to continue this vital work for years to come.

As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for:

    • Evaluating mental health conditions and developing individualized treatment plans
    • Providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a supportive team to bridge community gaps
    • Employing creative therapeutic interventions to help clients reach their personal goals
    • Documenting each session according to company protocols while maintaining clinical standards
    • Ensuring a minimum of 32 available hours for patient care each week for full-time positions
    • Coordinating care with other providers, families, and relevant personnel as necessary
    • Engaging in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications and Skills We’re Looking For:

    • A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution
    • A full, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory
    • Experience with electronic health records and thorough clinical documentation
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines creatively
    • Comfort working with clients facing a diverse array of issues
    • Capability to pass a background check for safe care provision
    • Ability to uphold stable and appropriate boundaries with clients

Additionally, while not required, the following qualifications would be valuable:

    • Experience in community, group, or private practice settings
    • Current credentialing with insurance networks
    • Proficiency in multiple languages
    • Specialties that align with our client needs

We are eager to hear your unique journey and to share ours with you!
