We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join our thriving Behavioral Health Team and Recovery Center. This is a permanent opportunity to provide outpatient care for both child and adult patients, with the flexibility of some remote work. Our organization is a Critical Access Hospital that operates several Rural Health Clinics, where Behavioral Health is seamlessly integrated with Primary Care services. We are proud to be a NHSC-approved site, offering access to the Service Loan Repayment Program.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (M.S.W.) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of personnel, medical staff, and the community.
• Certification or demonstrable experience in Addiction/Substance Use is highly desirable.
