Our Remote Licensed Insurance Agent plays a vital role in assisting customers from the comfort of their own home. This position requires engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online interactions. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and resolving routine inquiries related to clients’ products and services. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent working remotely, your responsibilities will include:
- Navigating multiple systems with efficiency.
- Actively listening and asking insightful questions to determine customer needs.
- Providing expert advice on coverage options, plans, and pricing.
- Processing new or updated enrollments accurately.
- Ensuring customers receive genuine experiences.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, and genuine empathy will drive success in each customer interaction. To excel in the Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent role, you should also meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- An active resident license for selling P&C insurance.
- A verifiable high school diploma or GED.
- Strong proficiency in computer navigation and technical skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (10 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download, combined 50 Mbps); no wireless/hotspot or satellite connections allowed.
- Must reside in the United States or possess a valid U.S. residential address.
