    • Ensure all patient interactions are meticulously documented in the EHR, adhering to MinuteClinic policies.
    • Foster coordination of care across internal and external teams, maintaining the highest standards for patient care.
    • Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary patient care team, which includes fellow providers, collaborative physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Exhibit independence in problem-solving and patient advocacy, prioritizing the needs of both patients and the practice.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • A current, unrestricted license in TN, with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
    • A minimum of two years of clinically relevant experience or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, may be required based on market needs.
    • High-speed internet access is essential for remote care delivery.

    Educational Requirements:

    • A Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health program, along with current National Board Certification and a state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

    Working Environment:

As a dedicated virtual care provider, you will need to meet specific requirements for delivering remote healthcare.
