    1099 Contracts Available!

    • Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants receiving treatment.
    • Commitment of 10 hours per week during the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM local time, with flexibility to choose a consistent schedule that works best for you, whether during the week or weekends.
    • Compensation ranges from $40 to $60 per session hour, depending on your state of residence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver remote therapy through short-term, evidence-based programs.
    • Track participant progress, maintaining communication and care coordination while documenting session notes.
    • Collaborate with the care team to assist participants in accessing necessary resources and navigating consent and authorization processes.
    • Address high-risk situations with participants, adhering to established company protocols.
    • Engage in regular meetings with supervisors, alongside monthly team gatherings and Town Hall sessions.
    • Uphold confidentiality standards as per HIPAA Privacy & Security regulations and complete any required annual training.

    Required Qualifications:

    • An active, unrestricted independent clinical license in the state of Oregon: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent.
    • Must be able to maintain a regular schedule of 10+ hours per week.
    • Currently eligible to enroll as a provider in the Medicare program or able to opt-out before starting the contract (if applicable).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in psychotherapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other solution-focused methods.
    • Interest in pursuing licensure in additional states.
    • A strong passion for making a difference and influencing the future of behavioral healthcare.

    The compensation for this position ranges from $28.61 to $56.06 per hour for full-time engagement, influenced by factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
