The Team:

As an indispensable element of Limitless—Linklaters’ Alternative Legal Services suite—Re:link integrates legal expertise with cutting-edge technology and project management to fulfill resource demands across the UK in a flexible, location-independent manner.
Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Re:link’s global operations with full responsibility for enhancing efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exemplary service across financial, HR, operational, and technological processes, all aimed at exceeding client expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Re:link and the Senior Client Development Manager to make strategic, informed decisions enhancing Re:link’s operational processes in response to evolving client and market dynamics.
- Lead and own the global operational strategy, ensuring alignment with Re:link’s goals while effectively collaborating with Senior Management to balance client needs with the firm’s priorities.
Process Improvement:
- Champion the development and execution of scalable, future-ready operating models and processes that support Re:link’s growth, including global expansions while ensuring consistency across the platform.
- Monitor data accuracy and quality across client, sales, and talent databases, embedding best practices across all Re:link teams.
- Develop and implement a strategy for maximizing the use of generative AI within operational workflows.
- Oversee the implementation of a new applicant tracking system (ATS) and a client relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Create measurement frameworks, including KPIs, to track operational success and promote continuous improvement aligned with business goals.
- Lead critical discussions to implement continuous improvement initiatives and devise innovative solutions that support Re:link’s ongoing expansion.
Revenue Optimization:
- Manage financial reporting and analyze Re:link’s financial health.
- Supervise the complete billing cycle, ensuring effective management of work-in-progress (WIP), invoicing accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, and consultants to support operational excellence and resolve elevated financial queries.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Re:link Finance team and other internal stakeholders to ensure operational cohesion.
- Represent Re:link in firmwide discussions, effectively communicating insights and advocating for the platform’s capabilities.
Team Management:
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and Re:link consultants across all operational touchpoints.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team (3 FTE), with a strong focus on coaching and professional development.
- Oversee the end-to-end operational processes that support client and consultant engagements across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to compliance.
- Streamline consultant onboarding processes across Linklaters and client systems, maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Proactively identify potential operational issues and serve as the escalation point for complex queries.
- Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with legal and risk requirements while upholding GDPR standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in a similar role within a flexible legal resourcing platform, high-end legal recruitment consultancy, or alternative legal services, with a strong grasp of the legal sector.
- A proven track record in managing bespoke operational processes within fast-paced, client-facing environments, preferably in legal or professional services settings.
- An agile, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with experience handling intricate workflows with adaptability.
- Confidence in acting as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, delivering clear and actionable operational guidance.
This position is based at our Linklaters London office, and a hybrid working model is available.
