Salary Range: $135,000 – $175,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
We are on the lookout for a meticulous and experienced Attorney to enhance our thriving law practice. The successful candidate will boast a strong foundation in litigation and transactional work, collaborating closely with senior attorneys and partners to navigate various legal challenges.

• Conduct thorough legal research to bolster ongoing cases
• Draft essential legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparations, including hearings and depositions
• Represent clients effectively in court, presenting evidence and advocating on their behalf
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients regarding their legal matters
• Engage in negotiations for settlement agreements on behalf of clients
• Adhere to all legal standards and regulatory requirements
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution
• Active membership in the state bar
• 3-7 years of relevant litigation experience
• Background in construction law or business matters is a plus, though not mandatory
• Experience collaborating with insurance clients is preferred
• Strong ability to work autonomously as well as within a team framework
• Exemplary professionalism and adherence to ethical standards
