The Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Platforms & Services (ETIPS) division is responsible for delivering essential services and operational support that align with our business integration goals. Our architectural leadership focuses on creating scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of care delivery and facilitate future business expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Developing OPSMVS and Netview/SA rules and scripts to automate manual operator commands
- Creating system monitoring scripts and rules to track system messages and conditions, enabling timely responses from Operations and support teams
- Designing code for automated Service Now ticket generation
- Executing requests within defined SLA timelines
- Assisting with GDPS software setup and GDPS script development and maintenance to support ongoing Rapid Recovery/Disaster Recovery protocols
- Participating in an “on call” rotation, including potential weekend duties

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience utilizing TSO, ISPF, and SDSF
- 10+ years of practical knowledge with zOS operations commands
- 10+ years of expertise with the zOS operating system, including JES2, RACF, and other core systems
- 5+ years of experience in REXX coding and automation rules used for zSystems mainframe automation
- 5+ years of delivering zSystems mainframe automation solutions through vendor-supported tools like OPSMVS and Netview/SA
- 2+ years of experience with GDPS installation and scripting specifically for Disaster Recovery and Rapid recovery scenarios
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience using relevant API code for functions such as generating Service Now incident tickets

The compensation range for this position is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment. Salary is determined by several factors including local job market conditions, education, work experience, and relevant certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable wage laws.
