Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintainer Instructor to provide exceptional training focused on the sustainment and maintenance of systems within the MAGTF C2 AC2 portfolio. The perfect candidate will possess a deep understanding of Marine Corps maintenance protocols and demonstrate a strong dedication to fostering student achievement in a virtual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging instructor-led training sessions covering the configuration, diagnostics, and repair of AC2 systems.
- Collaborate in the development and enhancement of curriculum, ensuring job task data and testing materials are up-to-date.
- Facilitate the training process by utilizing various instructional media, job aids, and performance assessment tools.
- Demonstrate preventive and corrective maintenance procedures in both virtual and on-site formats.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Formal School Instructor Course or an equivalent program relating to technical instruction.
Proficiency with MACCS systems and an understanding of Marine Corps/Navy maintenance practices is essential.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Link 16, JREAP, and tactical network systems is required.
Familiarity with Cisco networking hardware and virtualized server setups is a must.
In-depth knowledge of electromagnetic spectrum principles is necessary.
An Active Secret clearance is Required.
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
Physical Requirements:
- This role may require frequent standing, sitting, talking, hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and the manual operation of computers, telephones, and keyboards.
- Specific vision capabilities are needed for tasks involving close visual acuity, particularly for computer-related duties.
