The Hospital Manager of Finance Decision Support will join a Hospital Association that is committed to the development of the staff. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager of Decision Support will be primarily responsible for managing and maintaining decision support systems to provide financial analysis for all areas of the hospital. The Manager of Finance will pay specific attention to the development of product line templates to be run on a consistent basis.

The Manager of Decision Finance Support will also develop an online tracking system to coordinate and maintain a record of all decision support activities including the information requested, destination and scanned documentation. The Manager of Decision Support will have several Financial Analysts as support.

The ideal Decision Support Manager candidate should have Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or Master s Degree preferred with five years experience in a hospital finance organization with a minimum of three years financial analysis experience.
