    ABOUT THE ROLE

    A Medical Writer at Lucid Group harmonizes scientific knowledge, technical data, and commercial goals to produce captivating programs.

    In this role, you will bring strategic and scientific insights to our key accounts, serving as a vital ambassador for Lucid Group while helping to expand our client base.

    Key Responsibilities of a Medical Writer at Lucid:

    • Crafting high-caliber medical content derived from complex clinical research.
    • Upholding high standards of quality and accuracy, with an ability to adapt writing styles to suit different projects.
    • Providing tailored communication for clients while nurturing strong relationships through reliable service and expertise.
    • Ensuring thorough factual accuracy in all developed content.
    • Applying knowledge of client data to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
    • Contributing to the creation and presentation of new and existing business proposals.
    • Collaborating effectively with other capabilities like client services, project management, creative teams, and strategy to achieve project goals within budget and timelines.
    • Establishing a seamless connection between scientific evidence, technical information, and commercial ambitions to deliver compelling initiatives.
    • Gaining extensive knowledge of client data and comprehending both therapeutic areas and commercial objectives.
    • Upholding exceptional standards in all undertakings.
    • Positioning yourself as a trusted scientific and strategic partner for clients.
    • Ensuring that excellence is a hallmark of every project, delivered punctually and within the allocated budget.
    • Engaging in pitch processes and new business initiatives.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • A degree in a scientific, medical, or life sciences discipline.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
    • Experience writing for diverse medical and scientific audiences.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Experience in agile working environments.
    • Collaborative work experience in cross-functional teams.
    • Background in a healthcare communications agency.
    • Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to forge professional relationships and partnerships.
    • Evidence of producing high-quality medical and scientific content.
