    Flexible 1099 Contracts Available!

    • Manage a caseload of at least 10 clients in treatment.
    • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, available between 9 AM and 8 PM local time, with the flexibility to choose a consistent schedule that works for you, including weekends.
    • Earn between $40 and $60 per session hour, based on your state of residence.

    Enjoy the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with the requirement that you hold a valid therapy license in Pennsylvania.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver remote care through outcome-driven, short-term treatment programs lasting a minimum of 8 sessions and up to 20 sessions.
    • Monitor patient progress, provide follow-up communications, care coordination suggestions, and document session notes diligently.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to assist participants in resource access and consent acquisition.
    • Identify and address high-risk encounters in line with established company safety protocols.
    • Engage in scheduled supervisory meetings, monthly team gatherings, and Town Halls to foster team cohesion and professional growth.
    • Uphold the highest confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations and complete annual training requirements.

    Required Qualifications:

    • An active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Pennsylvania: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or state equivalent.
    • Availability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients, providing a minimum of 10 hours per week.
    • Currently eligible to enroll as a Medicare provider or capable of terminating opt-out status prior to contract initiation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Relevant clinical experience in psychotherapy utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques.
    • Openness to obtaining licensure in additional states.
    • A strong passion for making a difference in lives and advancing the future of behavioral health care.

    The hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.61 to $56.06 based on full-time employment, with compensation influenced by factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
