With our cutting-edge digital care platform and extensive global provider network, we empower nearly 20 million people to receive exceptional care and experience improved well-being swiftly. Founded by David Ebersman, former CFO of Facebook and Genentech, Lyra has successfully raised over $900 million in funding to further our mission of broadening access to superior mental health services.

    FURTHER EXPANDING ACCESS:

We welcome applications from all states and offer cross-licensure sponsorship to ensure our clinicians are well-equipped to meet their caseload objectives. Thank you for considering a career at Lyra Health!

    About the Role:
As a part-time therapist within our innovative Lyra Care Therapy program, you will combine live video sessions with digital psychoeducation and tailored skill-building tools. This unique approach enables you to provide clients with comprehensive support, facilitating improved access to mental health care from the comfort of your home or chosen environment.

    Daily Responsibilities:
In your role as a part-time Lyra Care Therapist, you will deliver short-term, evidence-based treatments via live video, managing a diverse caseload with various clinical needs. You’ll enhance your clients’ experience by assigning digital lessons, videos, and assessments that promote learning and track outcomes between sessions. Our clients represent a rich tapestry of backgrounds and experiences; therefore, we prioritize culturally responsive care to cater to their unique circumstances.

    Regular Engagements:
Connect regularly with fellow therapists who are equally passionate about evidence-based practice. Participate in bi-monthly one-on-one meetings and access extensive training to fine-tune your clinical skills. You’ll also benefit from expert consultations and on-demand support for navigating complex cases, ensuring you have a robust network regardless of your remote work environment.

This position is ideal for licensed clinicians seeking part-time flexibility, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, and valuing continuous learning and career development in a feedback-oriented setting. If your experience spans a wide range of mental health concerns, from mild to more severe issues, we warmly invite your application. This role is a perfect match for those who embrace evolving processes and thrive in a rapidly growing company.
