About Lyra
At Lyra, we are pioneering a new approach to mental health care by leveraging technology combined with a personal touch, enabling individuals to achieve emotional well-being both at work and home. Collaborating with renowned companies like Morgan Stanley, Uber, and Amgen, we aim to enhance access to exceptional mental health services for employees and their families. With our cutting-edge digital care platform and extensive global provider network, we empower nearly 20 million people to access high-quality mental health support quickly and effectively. Founded by David Ebersman, once CFO of Facebook and Genentech, Lyra has successfully raised over $900 million to fuel our mission of expanding access to superior mental health care.
JOINING OUR TEAM: We are actively seeking to expand our team of clinicians, counselors, psychologists, and therapists in California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. We also welcome applications from other states and provide cross-licensure sponsorship to help our clinicians thrive in supporting their caseloads. Thank you for considering a future with Lyra Health!
Your Role: As a Lyra Care Therapist, you’ll engage with clients through our innovative video therapy program that combines live sessions with digital psychoeducation and customizable skill-building tools. This model not only boosts the quality of care but also allows you to work from a location that suits you while ensuring your clients receive the best outcomes.
Daily Responsibilities: In your part-time role, you’ll deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy via live video, managing a diverse caseload that addresses various clinical needs. You will integrate digital lessons, videos, and assessments to reinforce learning and assess outcomes between sessions. It’s vital to recognize that our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences; therefore, we prioritize culturally responsive care that respects and addresses their unique needs.
Regular Engagement: Connect with fellow therapists who share your dedication to evidence-based practices. Benefit from one-on-one meetings every two months and access comprehensive training designed to refine your clinical skills. Always have the support of expert consultations on hand for your most challenging cases, providing a safety net of resources that ensures you never feel isolated, even when working remotely across the US.
This opportunity is ideal for you if you are a licensed clinician seeking part-time flexibility and have strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to ongoing learning, and a love for feedback-rich environments. If your experience includes managing a spectrum of mental health cases, from mild to complex issues, we encourage you to apply.
