    Position Overview

    As a key player on our team, you will facilitate order management and streamline customer billing processes. Your role will entail configuring customer accounts in accordance with contract specifications while ensuring precision and timely order processing. You’ll collaborate with multiple operational teams and engage with external clients to gather critical data for billing and customer service inquiries. This position operates under moderate supervision, placing responsibility on you for individual performance and collaborative success.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Accurately and promptly process account and contact setups for customer invoicing cycles.

    • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.

    • Maintain comprehensive and precise account records while tracking status and updates.

    • Achieve or surpass departmental performance metrics.

    • Engage professionally with various operational teams and external clients.

    • Uphold and represent the company’s values positively in all interactions.

    • Demonstrate regular, consistent attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary.

    • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

    Candidate Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of pertinent experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or related fields.

    • A degree in Financial Management or Accounting is preferred.

    • Strong proficiency in the English language is required.

    • Experience in customer-facing or customer service roles is essential.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is necessary.

    • Willingness to accommodate a night shift schedule is a must.
