    We are in search of a seasoned and innovative Operations Manager to enhance and oversee the daily functions of our client’s Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Project Management Office (PMO) teams. This position is ideal for solution-oriented leaders who are dedicated to managing high-performing teams and optimizing operational workflows.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate monthly meetings to engage, inspire, and energize team members.
    • Evaluate individual and team performance data to pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement.
    • Develop and implement strategies that escalate productivity, establish best practices, and drive impactful results.
    • Work collaboratively with senior management to ensure operational efforts align with overarching strategic goals.
    • Provide consistent updates on team performance and project milestones, while proactively addressing operational challenges.
    • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements aimed at boosting operational efficiency and service excellence.
    • Oversee workload management, monitor project timelines, and resolve obstacles to maintain uninterrupted workflows.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
    • A minimum of 5 years in operations management or a similar leadership capacity.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of driving process enhancements.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and levels of the organization.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
    • Adeptness in data analysis software and metrics reporting.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in operations management, particularly within GBS, BPO, or Shared Services frameworks.
    • Deep understanding of project management principles and BPO operational procedures.
    • Consultancy experience in operations, business transformation, or process improvement is highly valued.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage teams and stakeholders effectively.
    • Proficient in technology and project management tools, supported by a robust analytical mindset.
