    In your role as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at the Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress, you will engage with a diverse group of patients, addressing a variety of mental health challenges.     Our clinic specializes in evidence-based, culturally sensitive treatment and assessment services tailored to the needs of the Eugene-Springfield community. We are particularly interested in candidates experienced in treating anxiety, OCD, and PTSD through third-wave CBT and exposure therapy approaches.     Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

    • Conduct intakes and diagnostic evaluations, while actively preparing and monitoring treatment plans aligned with clinic guidelines.
    • Perform crisis interventions, stabilization, and de-escalation techniques for clients in need, with a strong emphasis on client safety.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere among staff and clients alike.
    • Engage in group consultations, didactics, and team meetings, showcasing preparation, punctuality, and professionalism.
    • Embrace feedback from supervisors and leadership to continuously enhance client care standards.
    • Maintain a full caseload of clients while taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
    • Show commitment to multicultural competence and seek opportunities to engage in culturally sensitive practices, both in and out of clinical work.

    Psychological Testing Psychologist Responsibilities:

    • Carry out comprehensive intake and psychological/neuropsychological test sessions, and interpret testing data effectively. Complete detailed psychological reports and offer interactive feedback sessions to clients.

    Evidence-Based Therapy Psychologist Responsibilities:

    • Build strong therapeutic alliances, catering to each client’s individual needs and goals, positively influencing client outcomes and retention.
    • Exhibit profound clinical expertise relating to clients’ treatment plans and diagnoses.
    • Show enthusiasm and aptitude in implementing treatment modalities for clients presenting with challenges in our specialty areas, such as Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and BFRBs.

    Required Qualifications:

    • An active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain one prior to your start date.
    • Capability to work in a hybrid or remote setup.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals.
    • Significant experience conducting evaluations for adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting.
    • Proficiency with computer tools for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS, or other EHRs).
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in neuropsychological assessment, CBT, and other evidence-based treatment methods.
    • Comfort in managing a broad range of clinical presentations.
    • Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments and conducting direct therapy in an outpatient context.

    The salary range for this position is between $89,800 and $176,700 annually based on full-time employment, with compensation influenced by factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
