What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll engage clients through outbound sales calls, reaching out to current, former, and potential customers to assist them in selecting the ideal insurance solutions for their devices or appliances. As a fully remote team member, your success will be bolstered by your resilience, relationship-building skills, and self-motivation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Introducing customers to exciting new products, campaigns, and offers.
Guiding customers to find the perfect package tailored to their needs.
You’ll receive an initial two weeks of training, followed by continuous support to help you thrive and reach your goals. We prioritize internal mobility, providing plenty of pathways for advancement within the organization.
What Qualifications Do You Need?
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in targeted sales, preferably within a fast-paced environment. This experience can include sales conducted either over the phone or face-to-face, with no specific requirement for regulated experience.

Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 12 months experience in a direct-to-consumer sales role.
A positive mindset towards customer service, sales, and collaboration with team members.
Reliable access to broadband and a dedicated workspace at home (all necessary equipment will be provided).
Ability to work shifts, finishing by 19:30 during the week and by 17:30 on Fridays.
