Major Recruitment in Oldbury is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with a respected local organization seeking a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk. If you’re looking for a flexible work-from-home position that allows you to contribute to the purchase ledger operations of a professional company, this role could be the perfect fit for you. You’ll be engaging in remote work for a minimum of three days per week, with the possibility of adjusting days based on workload demands. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately posting purchase invoices into our management software system.
- Managing a variety of supplier and utility invoices, as well as processing credit notes.
- Verifying information within the system and ensuring proper VAT allocations for both VAT-registered and non-registered properties.
- Providing holiday coverage as needed to support the team.
