Position Overview

JD or equivalent degree along with:

• Over 1 year of experience as an Attorney
• Experience engaging with clients, reviewing cases, overseeing case management, and negotiating settlements
• Willingness to participate in arbitrations and depositions, whether online or locally
• Active membership and good standing with any US State Bar
