Your Role:
Join us as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you will be the vital first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional support and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a fantastic remote opportunity, requiring 20 hours of work per week in the Eastern Time Zone. While this position is open to candidates across Canada, we particularly welcome applicants from Ontario and Quebec.
In this role, you will primarily manage inbound calls and orders in both English and French from business and medical clients within the optometric and ophthalmic sectors.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Offering detailed product information, order status updates, and assisting with any delivery or billing concerns
• Accurately processing orders and returns within our systems
• Collaborating effectively with operations, sales, and technical support teams
• Keeping meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions
• Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
• Maintaining comprehensive product and customer data within our CRM and inventory systems
• Responding to inquiries from customers and prospects arising from marketing and social media outreach
• Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication on phone and online platforms
What We’re Looking For:
• A high school diploma or college certificate (post-secondary education is advantageous)
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a B2B setting
• Exceptional communication and listening skills in both English and French (written and spoken)
• A strong problem-solver with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with various software systems
• A proven history of providing exemplary customer service
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required
• A quick learner eager to develop in-depth product and industry knowledge
