Position Overview

As an Employment Solicitor, you will be tasked with:

• Overseeing respondent employment law cases from initiation to resolution
• Providing expert guidance on contracts, policies, and employee handbooks
• Managing processes related to redundancy, TUPE, and various employment scenarios
• Advising on employment law considerations in corporate transactions
• Delivering strategic insights to employers on daily HR and legal inquiries
• Staying informed on the latest developments in employment legislation
• Effectively communicating in a fully remote work environment

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Employment Solicitor will possess:

• A law degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in employment law
• Confidence in independently managing respondent employment matters
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in working remotely and part-time
• Immediate availability for a continuing contract
