Role Overview:
As a Lyra Care Therapist, you will leverage our pioneering video therapy program, which seamlessly integrates live video sessions with digital psychoeducation and customizable skill-building tools. This innovative model equips you with the necessary resources to aid your clients effectively, ensuring they receive mental health support from the comfort of their homes or preferred environments.
Daily Responsibilities:
In your part-time role, you will provide short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions while managing a diverse caseload with various clinical needs. You will assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients, enhancing their learning and tracking outcomes between sessions.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) with no current or past disciplinary actions
- Proven experience in delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices, including measurement-based approaches
- Competence in managing clinical risks and crises
- Experience in providing video therapy
- Ability to maintain a part-time clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (up to 19 bookable slots weekly)
- Flexible part-time availability, with the ability to create a 24-hour schedule
- Proficient in managing your schedule and breaks efficiently
- Full-time residency in the United States

This part-time, W-2 position averages a starting base salary of $46,800 annually. The salary will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and location.
At Lyra, the base salary is just one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package, which also includes potential monthly performance-based compensation, stock unit awards, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
