Atrius Health, a pioneering force in healthcare, is dedicated to creating a seamless system of care for over 690,000 adult and pediatric patients across 30 locations in eastern Massachusetts. Our dedicated team of 645 physicians and primary care providers, supported by an additional 420 clinicians, collaborates closely with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to redefine healthcare experiences. Our mission is clear: to transform care and improve lives. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective care, ensuring that every interaction is built on shared decision-making, understanding, and trust. By nurturing these relationships, Atrius Health significantly enhances the health and well-being of our patients. As a proud member of Optum, we are committed to shaping the leading value-based care system in the nation.

In this role, we are seeking enthusiastic call center professionals to join our team in Quincy, MA. Ideal candidates are those residing in Massachusetts with EPIC or registration system experience (please detail this on your resume), and who have access to reliable high-speed internet at home. Once training is successfully completed—lasting between 2 to 6 weeks depending on prior experience—this position will transition to a fully remote arrangement. Candidates should reside in close proximity to our Quincy site for any necessary in-person training. This position presents a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in the call center arena while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients within a supportive organization.

As a vital member of our team, you will receive incoming calls and inquiries, assisting patients with appointment management and care coordination. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of support tasks essential to our interdisciplinary care delivery model, allowing you to play a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences. Delivering outstanding customer service and applying strong problem-solving abilities will help you fortify the relationship between patients and clinicians. Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for improving patient access and understanding.

    Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution is required.
    • A bachelor’s degree or non-clinical degree alongside an interest in healthcare is preferred.

    Experience:

    • At least one year of experience in a clinical or customer service environment is preferred.
    • Proficiency in computer use is required, including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is necessary or an ability to learn EMR based on tech experience.
