Your Role and Responsibilities
As a digital strategist, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and enhancement of paid search campaigns using Google Ads.
Your key duties will involve crafting high-impact strategies, analyzing performance data to drive improvements, and collaborating with our creative and client teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

By prioritizing metrics and user experience, a digital strategist will ensure that all initiatives yield quantifiable success while aligning with the brand’s messaging and overall business objectives.
Essential Duties
- Strategy Development. Formulate data-driven Google Ads strategies customized for the target audience and in line with business objectives. Your strategic approach should integrate SEO, paid media, creative testing, and innovation to optimize reach.
- Metrics Analysis. Employ analytics tools including Google Analytics, Shopify, and third-party attribution tools (like Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.) to monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and fine-tune strategies. This will include tracking metrics such as engagement rates, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Campaign Management. Oversee the daily execution of campaigns across various accounts, managing budgeting, pacing, targeting, and the A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaboration. Partner closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns that embody the company’s vision.
- Innovation. Keep abreast of trends in the PPC landscape, experiment with new strategies and betas, and proactively propose ideas to keep our clients at the forefront.
- Client Communication. Effectively communicate results, insights, and strategy updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Content Design. Collaborate with graphic design and content creation teams to produce high-quality digital content that aligns with user experience objectives.
- Market Trend Monitoring. Stay informed about digital marketing trends and tools to ensure that our strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Landing Page Optimization. Work alongside designers and CRO experts to ensure landing pages are optimized for paid traffic.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education. A Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communication, computer science, or a similar field is essential. Advanced certifications in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, or analytics tools are advantageous.
- Outstanding English Communication. Exceptional verbal and written skills in English are required.
- Experience. 3-5 years of practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in eCommerce or direct-response settings.
- Tech Proficiency. Strong command of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Shopify, and third-party attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.).
- Analytical Skills. A solid data-driven mindset—capable of extracting insights from data and acting swiftly.
- Creative Approach. An eye for standout ad creatives and landing pages, plus the ability to test and optimize them effectively.
- Strong Communicator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Self-Starter. An independent worker who thrives in a remote environment, exhibiting autonomy, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Project Management Skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks, and adhering to tight deadlines.
