Your role will involve using data-driven insights to inform product strategy and investment choices, ensuring your work has a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and define new avenues for product impact, driving discussions on product and sales strategies that address high-priority market challenges.
• Utilize your quantitative analysis prowess to delve beyond the numbers, gaining a deeper understanding of user interactions with our growth products.
• Collaborate with product teams to address challenges and uncover insights related to trends and opportunities.
• Guide and influence product decisions and launches in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
• Establish KPIs and objectives, design and assess experiments, monitor crucial product metrics, and explore the underlying reasons behind metric variations.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover new opportunities by examining ecosystems, user behaviors, and enduring trends, pinpointing key levers to influence vital metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in solving analytical challenges using quantitative methods, understanding ecosystems and user behaviors, and successfully leading data-driven projects from conception to execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
