    We are excited to partner with one of our clients to find a proactive Product Manager who will work remotely from Latin America. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of enhancing their supplement products by focusing on taste, packaging, and overall customer experience. Using valuable insights from customer surveys and feedback calls, you will drive impactful changes that exceed customer expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels, including surveys and direct communication, to inform product development.
    2. Product Enhancement: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to refine product taste, formulation, and packaging for optimal consumer satisfaction.
    3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and assess competitive positioning.
    4. Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand strategy.
    5. Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize data analytics to evaluate product performance and iterate based on measurable outcomes.
    6. Regulatory Standards: Ensure that all product modifications meet industry regulations and uphold quality standards.
    7. Enhancing Customer Experience: Develop innovative strategies to elevate the unboxing experience, branding, and overall product presentation.

    Your Profile:

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management in the supplements or health & wellness sector.
    • Demonstrated success in enhancing product taste, formulation, and packaging.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product evaluation techniques.
    • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in remote work settings.
    • Strong project management capabilities and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon.
    • Familiarity with current packaging design trends and sustainable materials.
    • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and user experience research.
    • Hands-on experience in product design.
