Join our dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in the management of diverse internal business projects and programs, collaborating with talented department and cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless delivery of products through the complete design process, from initial planning to final execution. You will oversee project schedules and budgets, monitoring every aspect of the project from inception to delivery, and may liaise with external vendors as needed.
In this role, you will direct and supervise system analysis and program staff, focusing primarily on project and program management rather than specialized technical expertise. As a Senior Program Management professional, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive governance across an entire portfolio of operational and strategic projects. Your strong management and leadership capabilities will be essential as you engage with C-level executives, driving organization and structure within our projects.
Your extensive understanding of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies will allow you to quickly assess information and make informed, strategic decisions. We seek a logical and analytical thinker with exceptional influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and navigate ambiguity will be crucial as you oversee our strategic and operational portfolios while building and maintaining strategic relationships with the Corporate Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) and IT. You will also be responsible for managing the issue escalation and resolution process, ensuring that all projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programs utilizing both staff and matrixed resources with guidance from senior leadership.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in your industry, leading programs that address critical business needs.
- Identify and escalate gaps or barriers in implementation and compliance to senior management.
- Develop business case methodologies for programs and coordinate the implementation of business strategies.
- Collaborate with various corporate units to facilitate strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- A minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience is essential, with a preference for candidates with over 10 years of experience.
- A graduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Certification such as CPHQ is advantageous.

Compensation: $80,412 – $188,164 annually, with actual salary varying based on location, experience, education, and overall skill level.
