Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and manage internal business projects and programs that engage both departmental and cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. This role involves guiding products through the design process from inception to completion. As a project leader, you will strategically plan and direct schedules and budgets while meticulously monitoring project progress throughout its lifecycle. You may also collaborate with external vendors to streamline operations. In this capacity, you will lead system analysis and programming staff, focusing primarily on effective project/program management while working alongside specialized technical team members when necessary. As a Senior Program Management Professional, you will ensure robust governance over both operational and strategic project portfolios, demonstrating strong management and leadership capabilities. Comfort in presenting to C-suite executives is essential, along with the ability to instill structure and organization within teams. Proficiency in portfolio and project management methodologies is crucial, with a strong aptitude for quickly analyzing information to facilitate sound decision-making. This position demands a logical and analytical thinker with exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—who can adeptly juggle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity. You will directly manage the collaboration with the Corporate EPMO and IT to ensure strategic relationships are maintained, while overseeing the project’s issue escalation and resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead program management efforts utilizing staff and matrixed resources while obtaining necessary oversight from AVP and VP when required.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert within your functional area, driving programs that address critical business needs.
Identify and escalate any gaps or barriers to implementation and compliance to AVP, VP, and senior management.
Play a consultative role in developing business case methodologies for programs, while also forming and implementing business strategies.
Facilitate collaboration between various units at Corporate and Molina Plans to enhance project delivery.
Essential Qualifications
Education
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
Experience
7 to 9 years of experience in project management or a related field is essential.
Preferred Education
A Graduate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
10+ years of experience in Provider Data Operations, including proficiency with State Master Files and advanced skills in Excel for managing large data sets.
Certifications
Preference will be given to candidates with PMP, Lean Six Sigma certifications, and experience in ITIL delivery.

Salary Range: $80,412 – $156,803 / ANNUAL
