    Your Role

    In the position of Senior React Developer, you will take the lead in designing and constructing modern, high-performance web interfaces. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to bring new features and enhancements to life. Your extensive experience will not only contribute to the code but will also guide junior developers and help establish best practices in our frontend codebase.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and sustain scalable React applications using cutting-edge technologies (React 18+, TypeScript, WebStorm, Rider, etc.)
    • Collaborate with designers, Product Owners, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration
    • Lead architecture and design discussions for frontend components and application state
    • Enhance application performance and scalability
    • Implement and advocate for UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards
    • Mentor junior React developers, fostering their growth and skill development
    • Engage in paired programming sessions, potentially leading them over time
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in frontend development
    • Identify performance issues and propose actionable solutions
    • Contribute to an agile development environment by participating in planning and continuous improvement efforts

    Who You Are

    • 5+ years of web application development experience, with a minimum of 3+ years working with React
    • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
    • In-depth understanding of React, including its lifecycle, hooks, and state management
    • Experience with libraries such as Material-UI (MUI), React Query/TanStack Query, and React Hook Form is highly desirable
    • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Vitest and Playwright
    • Proficient in using GitHub for source control management
    • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code
    • Experience integrating RESTful APIs
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a CI/CD environment
    • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
    • Knowledge of ASP.Net Core Minimal API, XUnit, and Entity Framework Core is a plus
    • Background in responsive UI design
    • Familiarity with cloud-hosted, containerized microservice architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, Observability tools)
    • Experience in implementing security best practices in web development
