Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

We are on the lookout for an experienced Remote Residential Conveyancer to become an integral part of our small, friendly, and expanding team. Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload involving Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing for a diverse range of clients. You will receive support from a dedicated, seasoned Conveyancing Assistant, alongside a collaborative Legal Support team that handles Client Onboarding, Post Exchange, and Post Completion tasks. Enjoy the benefits of our customized Visual Files Case Management system, designed to streamline routine tasks and enhance efficiency.

What Sets You Apart:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing, ideally 5 years or more, with a proficient understanding of both Freehold and Leasehold cases.
• Integrity and a strong set of values.
• A track record of providing outstanding client service.
• Familiarity with Case Management systems is preferred.
