Anticipated Start Date: July 2025
Salary: £32,000 OTE £60,000+ with an impressive benefits package as detailed below.

Role Overview:
As a Protection Advisor, your primary focus will be understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service. You will provide advice on life insurance products, build relationships with clients, and help them make informed decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to FCA and internal guidelines to maintain high standards of advice provision.

Your Path to Success:
– Relevant Experience: A background in Insurance or Financial Services is a must.
– Communication Skills: A confident and engaging telephone demeanor with strong customer interaction abilities.
– Regulatory Acumen: A comprehensive understanding of FCA regulatory obligations.
– Motivation: A driven individual with a zest for meeting sales targets and achieving exceptional customer results.
– Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
– Qualifications: Relevant financial services qualifications such as CEMAP or R05 would be advantageous.
