Job Description
As a pivotal member of our development team, you will serve as a Quality Assurance Engineer, ensuring the delivery of top-tier software solutions for a diverse array of clients. Your main responsibilities will encompass designing and executing tests, identifying bugs, and establishing corrective measures. In this role, you will meticulously review system requirements and track essential quality assurance metrics, guaranteeing that our software products adhere to the highest industry standards.
About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement functional test cases tailored to business scenarios, partnering effectively with team members.
- Create and execute non-functional test cases in specified environments.
- Select and apply the most suitable testing tools and techniques for each project.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gathering client feedback and reproducing issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively understand system specifications and formulate testing strategies.
- Identify, document, and report software defects and errors proficiently.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Encourage the adoption of modern testing methodologies and keep abreast of industry advancements.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to enhance software development workflows.
- Utilize testing tools and frameworks to optimize the testing process.
- Develop test documentation to verify that systems meet established specifications.
- Contribute to the overall Quality Assurance strategy within the engineering team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and test management tools, such as Jira and ZephyrScale.
- A solid understanding of software development life cycles and Agile practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as Gatling or JMeter.
- Experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
